Cirquoise brings its Halloween circus to Frosts, Woburn Sands, 24 October to 1 November: £9.99 a seat, one-hour shows at 10am and 3.30pm, and 6pm on the 31st.

Cirquoise is putting its big top back up at Frosts Garden Centre in Woburn Sands for Halloween. The Halloween Spooktacular runs for nine days, from Saturday 24 October to Sunday 1 November. Every seat costs £9.99 and each show lasts an hour.

Woburn Sands is about seven miles north of Leighton Buzzard. The show is at Frosts Garden Centre, Woburn Sands, MK17 8UE.

Show times and tickets

There are two shows a day, and three on Halloween itself.

The 6pm show on 31 October is the only evening performance of the run.

What the show is

Cirquoise says it stages a brand-new production every year. This one has a Halloween theme, which the company sums up in one line: “Halloween is the good and the bad. Which one will win.”

Salvatore Sambito of Cirquoise described the cast to us. “We have international artists from aerialists to magicians to laughter-filled clowns,” he said.

On who the show suits, he was direct: “Guaranteed something for everyone, it doesn’t matter if you are 1 or 99 years old.”

A family firm, and a return visit

This is a return to Frosts for Cirquoise. The company says it is a family-run business now in its tenth generation.

In its own words, it brings “together world-class performers from across the globe” each year to put on “a show that is bigger, bolder and more breathtaking than the one before.”

Cirquoise also says it prices the show so a family day out does not “cost a fortune”. It puts it this way: “Children leave believing in magic. Adults leave remembering what it feels like to be amazed.”
